Description:
The alleged shoplifting victims are two teenage girls of African American descent. After apprehending one suspect, the loss prevention officer returns to the scene to apprehend the second. After breaking into the loss prevention office, the second suspect attempts to free the first. The suspects are informed by the officer that the authorities will be notified when the officer stops their attempt to escape. If the police stay out of it, both suspects are ready to help.
